I have entered my telephone number but do not have an email address and the program will not move on to the next item Is it mandatory to have an email address?

I am completing my nephews income tax and he does not have an email address. I have put in his telephone number but it will not move ahead and wants and email address which he does not have.  What do I do?

Just enter email@Email.com  or fake@fake.com  It just needs something in the box so you can continue.
