I have inputted 2 T4's but I also have business income as I work from home also. There used to be an option to enter Mortgage Interest. But I cannot find it.

You can enter your Mortgage Interest under "Business Use of Home" expenses on the T2125 - Statement of Business Activities. When you are in the EasyStep view of TurboTax, navigate to the Self-Employed section, choose to Edit your T2125 (if you have already entered it), and continue through until you reach the Business Use of Home section.
