I have seen a few posts but no clear directions. When I click on the link from CIBC to log onto Turbotax, I can't claim the 20% discount with existing username. How do I?

I have a pre-existing TurboTax Canada account. I have used the software for many years. This is my second year (I believe) working through the on-line version. I have filled out the relevant tax information and have reached the checkout screen only to find I don't have a coupon code or an anything similar. I have gone back to my CIBC account, but can't figure out how to apply the discount without starting from scratch (i.e., creating a new user ID). Help would be appreciated.

To claim your discount from CIBC you need to click on the link which was included in the offer to get to your Intuit account. This way the discount is applied to your return.
