I have three separate T4 forms for 2017 when submitting a tax return do I collate the three or file three tax returns?

You will enter each T4 separately on your income tax return for 2017. Once you have entered 1 on the bottom it will say-  Enter another T4 slip- which you would click on till all 3 have been entered then you can continue.
