I have used turbo tax for years and now need to access old returns form 2016 and 2015. I can get at 2017 and 2018 but not the earlier ones? How do I do that?

If you used TurboTax online 2015, and 2016 they are no longer saved. You can only get from 2017 and on, we are sorry for the inconvenience.
You can however go to your CRA "My Account" and verify your income tax information from past years. If you do not have a CRA "My Account" please click here to register for one.
