Why do I continually have issues returning to my tax account?
You could be logging in with the user id different from the account you created your return in.
It’s the combination of your user id and password that uniquely identify a TurboTax Online account, not your email address. So, it’s possible (and common) to have multiple user ids for a single email address.

Cannot sign in to Turbo Tax Desktop
If you are using TurboTax Desktop there is nowhere to sign in. You only need to download your software and enter your license code.
Or are you using TurboTax Online?
