    I'm getting an error message: "TurboTax has encountered a corrupt or incompatible Resource file. You must reinstall TurboTax."

    Where can I get support???

    I'm getting an error message: "TurboTax has encountered a corrupt or incompatible Resource file. You must reinstall TurboTax."

    Please try uninstalling & reinstalling the program using the download from our website. It will not delete any of your saved returns.
