I need a copy of my 2014 taxes how can I retrieve them from turbo tax?

If you used TurboTax Online in 2014, TRA (Tax return access) services were not introduced until 2017, and the 2014 service is no longer available.

If you used TurboTax Desktop, your tax returns are only stored on your computer, so we would not have copies of your returns on our servers. 

You can get copies of your past years tax returns (going back 11 years) by logging into your CRA My Account. If you're not able to use My Account, you can contact the CRA directly to get a copy of your 2014 return. If you are in Canada or the United States, you can call the CRA at 1-800-959-8281.
