I needed to use a lawyer, so legal fees, but not to get income. instead it was to come to an agreement for me to lose income so the client would go away. how to delare?

i technically have two fees. the payback to the client and the legal fees.

As per the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) Legal fees It appears these fees are not eligible to be claimed.
