I paid for TurboTax Premier and thought I filed via NETFILE. CRA has no record. Can I refile without paying again?

If you didn't get a NETFILE confirmation code when you submitted your return, then your return wasn't successfully filled. Follow these instructions for TurboTax Online or TurboTax Desktop to NETFILE your return. 

NETFILE is a free service from the CRA. Any payment you made was to use TurboTax, and as long as you don't upgrade or add TurboTax services to your return, then you won't need to pay again.
