This could be because you have checked off that you have a T4 in the T4 slip summary section.
If you did check off that you have a T4, please follow these instructions.
To remove your T4:
1) click on the T4 slip and enter the province of employment
2) answer whether you will be claiming employment expenses for working at home due to COVID-19 or not
3) you will then be on the T4 summary page. Beside the T4 you just did, please press delete; then confirm you want to delete the T4 slip.
4) Afterwards, complete your tax return as normal
