I recently purchased TurboTax Standard 2023 online, but cannot download it onto my computer. My computer is running Windows 7. Is there a way to get a refund?

I did not realize I needed a newer operating system. Would the download I purchased work on a Mac computer, or is that another download?

Unfortunately, TurboTax Desktop is not compatible with Mac OS or Windows 7/8/8.1 computers. You would need to use TurboTax Online.
