    I saw the free TurboTax Deluxe. Because there was a free button, could I change to the cheapest plan?

    I saw the free TurboTax Deluxe. Because there was a free button, could I change to the cheapest plan?

    TurboTax Deluxe is not available for free. You cannot downgrade TurboTax once you have upgraded. You do need to start over the return again.
