I started tax returns last night, put in my CD code, but can't find them. I did save them. How do I find them? When I log in, I only see last years.

If you are using our TurboTax Desktop/Download software, the default save location for TurboTax CD/Download is: C:\Users\yourusername\Documents\TurboTax\

If you can’t find your files there, you can use the search function of Windows to look for files with the TurboTax extension (.ttxx). Ex: For 2023 the extension would be .tt23 and for 2022 it would be .tt22.
