Which years are you trying to open? What happens? Do you get an error message?

I did get help as I was able to get in contact with a real live person at TT!  

 

I did vent a little bit of frustration though.  I received an email from TT some time ago advising starting with the 2025 edition I would not be able to run on Windows 10.  I am not a real savvy computer user though and took my computer to my IT guy and asked him to upgrade.  WHAT THE EMAIL DID NOT TELL ME THOUGH IS THAT ONCE I UPGRADED I WOULD NOT BE ABLE TO OPEN PAST YEAR'S PROGRAMS.  I HAVE TO UNINSTALL AND THEN REINSTALL ALL YEARS IF I WISHED TO OPEN.  I could not bypass any way other than doing this.  I don't keep all my invoices and keys from previous years.  Fortunately the person I spoke with was able to give me the key code for 2025.  Hopefully this is all I will need, but frustrating if I have do this for 2024 and back.

Sorry didn't really answer your question.  2025 and prior years.  When I click on my desktop Icon, it seems to "want" to open.  Asks if I want to download upgrades, but then just loops after clicking yes.  Cannot read or open past year's returns.  Tried various things noted online, sign in as administrator, but still no luck.
