I used the online version of Turbotax 2022 and uploaded my data to the cloud and now I wanted to do my taxes using the CD version for 2023. Can I download the 2022 data?

Unfortunately, transferring TurboTax Online returns into TurboTax CD/Download is not possible. TurboTax Online can't create .tt files, which is what TurboTax CD/Download uses.
