I've entered the number of days I worked from home for the flat-rate work from home expenses... I'm being prompted to fill in "line 12". where do I find this?

Line 12 is indicating your employment use amount based on the percentage of hours spent at home doing your job multiple by your expenses incurred due to you working at home. Line 12 is needed when you choose the detailed method.
