I want to refile my 2018 return but cannot locate the return manager or refile functions when i log into my 2018 return how do i find them?

In TurboTax Online, the first page you see when you login is the “Return Manager”. If the return that you want to Refile was filed using successfully filed using Netfile, then it will have a Refile button next to it. This screenshot is from 2019, but 2018 should be very similar.
