There is no option to cancel or delete an account.
You can delete tax returns in your account. When you delete a tax return, it is deleted from your account and permanently removed from our secure servers. You will not be able to access this return and we will not be able to retrieve this information for you.
To delete a tax return:
To prevent users from accidentally deleting their returns, the last “active” return in ones’ account cannot be deleted. You’ll need to create a blank return so your return can be made “inactive” and can be deleted.
