If my postal code is a rural postal code why am I not seeing the correct amount in my estimated carbon tax rebate?

there is supposed to be a 10% additional amount for rural Nova Scotia postal codes

When you get to the carbon tax rebate section, you will be asked if you lived outside of a Census Metropolitan Area. If you answer that you do, the extra amount will be added to your refund.
