I was a full time student in the USA. Why is the software asking for T4 info. I correctly toggled this in my personal profile?

If you don't have T4 income, there's no need to enter it. If TurboTax is presenting you with a T4 form, you can leave it empty (might just need to fill the province of employment box to let you continue), and then delete it completely from the T4 Summary Screen.
