In the income section I have to enter a T4E. The closest option I can find is T4A which includes other income. If I select this will it prompt me to enter T4E info?

We are sorry to see you having this difficulty. When inside your return go to the left menu and click on: My Info > Get Started then the page on the right will say ___, what happened for you in 2020? From here scroll down to click on I received unemployment then the T4E will become available to be checked, as per the images below. As you continue through the questions you will be able to enter the employment insurance information slip. You can also find the T4E in the top right Search (magnifying glass) to now bring you to the T4E to be filled.
