Box 135 on a T4A slip does not constitute taxable income. In Canada, Box 135 denotes "Recipient-paid premiums for private health care plans." This is the amount you paid (or had deducted from your pension) for health insurance. It should be classified as a medical expense (Line 33099), not "other income" (Line 13000).
