I opened my acct and started my free return. I was told to upgrade software. I bought turbotax deluxe and have tried entering the activation code. It will not accept it?
It keeps saying I am using an invalid industry code for my business and it doesn't matter what code I use from the software I keep getting the error. Help?
I cannot download the software I purchased on February 1. Site will not accept my product code. Have all receipt information. Nowhere to contact for support!!!.
