Is there a way to switch to “Use forms method” in Turbo tax?

Can we use Forms Method instead, and just enter our data without the interview?

You can only use the forms method if you are using TurboTax download version. You must complete the interview section and then on the top you will see it will say "Forms" and click there and it will take you to the forms.
