Is there something wrong with Auto-Fill? I can't download my forms from the CRA. TurboTax encounters an error. How do I get around this?
As my info downloads from the CRA, I either get a message saying "Oops, we encountered an error," or I get a message asking me to close my browser. I have tried on Safari, Chrome, IE and Firefox and they all give me error messages, or they freeze. Any ideas how to get around this? I meet all the system requirements listed on the CRA too. Thanks!
