What T slip will I receive for income from a government grant program?

I received an income from a Provincial Grant Program.  I have not received a T slip from them.  What T slip should I get from them reporting my income and deductions?

It is common to receive the reporting slip T4(A) for income received through a Grant. The issuer has until the end of February to mail a reporting slip. You may wish to confirm with the granting body that a slip will be issued.
