Licence Code

We weren't prompted to enter the licence code and it stated that we had to pay $60 . how can this be corrected.

If you have purchased an Online edition from a retail store, you do need to activate the code and link it with an account first.

To activate your TurboTax Online version, please visit this link. Select "I have an account," log into your account, and proceed to the second step by adding your 16-digit activation code to review and activate the TurboTax Online product.
