    My 2016 return is not here. What happened?

    I tried to access my 2016 return but it is not available. Returns for 2015, 2014, and 2013 are. I netfiled the 2016 return through you without a problem.  Please help. I do not have a copy of the return and just received a notice of reassessment from the CRA.

    My 2016 return is not here. What happened?

    There are a number of possible reasons why you're having trouble locating your 2016 return.
