My 2020 return does not show on Previous returns. I used Turbotax Online 2020 and have the receipt and the pdf on my computer.

If you sign into your TurboTax online account using the same credentials as you did last year- you will be able to sign into 2021 and choose start a new return- once on the first page it will ask how you did your taxes last year- you will say online- and it should be there automatically to transfer it.
