My child care receipts aren't being calculated in my return. I have added all my receipts as normal but when I look at line 21400 it says $0. Has anyone found a solution?

I tried to call TurboTax people and they couldn't help at all! They said my son is entered correctly as "son" not "mother", my receipts are entered correctly, I am a sole parent so no issue with the amounts being included in a spouses return.
