My order doesn't look right

I just bought a 8 -return Turbotax Deluxe Online version from Costco. This is the first time for me to do online return. However, when I activated my account with the purchased Activation Code inside the package, there are words reminding me that My order doesn't look right. What does it mean by? Should I continue to activate or not. I am informed that once activation, I could not change or update any other versions. To me, we are just having T4 slips and T4A of Box20 together with my wife. Does this Deluxe work on us? Thanks for any answers in advance!
