If you still feel that you are eligible, please go through the My Info part of the review again and make sure all the questions are answered, and that they are answered correctly. Ex: On the Contact Info page, make sure you have answered NO to the question “Is your mailing address outside Canada?”.
Also, if you didn’t do so before, go through the Review before using NETFILE.

March 2/2020 my wife and I completed our 2019 tax returns on turbo tax, but were unable to netfile them. I spoke to revenue canada this morning to confirm that they did not go through. How do I get the charge on my BMO credit card reversed?
