This worked for me.  You have to remap the NAS or network drive inside of TurboTax even though it shows it is already mapped.  File, Open, Right-click on your network icon, select map network drive, select the drive from the drop-down menu (it will show as mapped), continue to remap it, it will force you to enter the password.  Make sure to select "Reconnect at sign-in".  This worked on both Turbotax Personal version and Business.  The drive should map and open to see the files.  Drive was visible after I closed and reopened the program.

I confirm that it worked for me.   My network drive is usually p:\ . Inside TurboTax I open a file (for last year). I used the network root (//......) and mapped the usual drive to a spare letter (R:\).  I found that when it worked I then could disconnect R:\  and p:\ continued to work over after I closed and reopened the program. So it seems to be a one-time thing.

No idea why this happens.
