My wife received a T4A with income on box 20 (commission). She uses her phone and internet for personal and business use. Can she claim these expenses? If so how much?

Your wife can use these things as a deduction. She'll have to make sure she claims a "reasonable amount". For example, if she only works out of the home one day a week, only claim the percentage that applies.
