I have two t4A forms and the amounts on both forms are in box 105. Do I add the amounts together and put down the sum in the turbotax t4A?

No, enter them as two separate instances of T4A form. This is how CRA sees it.

You would only add up numbers if you were filing a paper return, to which you would attach copies of the T4As.
