The courier reported delivery to you guys last Monday in my case, and I've received no email at all, how do we let you know we've received nothing? Hopefully not phoning in?
@TurboTaxVeronique Hi Veronique, my documents were mailed in back in early March and I have yet to hear back from anyone. I’ve called in and no one is able to give me a status update. Can you please reach out to me and let me know what else I can do to get my claim escalated.

Hello we sent our claim mid March and have yet to hear anything back. Via email is there a contact number to confirm it is being processed

WHY is this so difficult for us to access?
WHY does it require a PRIVATE MESSAGE to access these forms?
WHY cant these forms be made readily available on your website?
WHY are we waiting hours to days for responses from your agency?
WHERE is the accountability?
@TurboTaxVeronique I also mailed in a claim to the Spadina address that was delivered on March 10th and I have received zero confirmation that it has been received to the correct department.
