    Can I refuse premium upgrade. Turbo never asked to upgrade to premium for the past 10years. No Change?

    As a senior citizen using turbo basic return for the past 23 years. I can not continue with my return unless I upgrade to premium WHY?

    Can you please let us know if you are using TurboTax Online or Download version?
