Can I use CRA business code 711512? I’m a model who has an agency (not free-lance).I pay for web fees and promo photos. Am I considered independent/self employed?

Even if you are represented by an agency and are not a "freelancer" in the sense of finding all your own work, models who pay for their own promotional materials (photos, web fees) and are signed under a non-exclusive contract are usually classified as independent business owners, not employees.
