I did my entire return and paid for the product. Turbo tax sent me a receipt AND the amount was taken from my bank account. Still asking for payment info b4 it will file
Turbo tax will has not filed my return and it won't let me past the payment screen even though I have already paid and have proof

We apologize that you are having issues at the payment screen. Can you please try going to the left hand side of your screen and go to the bottom of the menu and click on Review- to see if it will allow you. If not, please contact our phone support team for assistance.
