Unfortunately, once you have upgraded from the free version, it is not possible to revert back to the free version. If you wish to use the free version, you will need to start filing your return from the beginning.

Why can't I file
@Tina Kennedy Can you please provide more information about your problem? What is the exact error message that you are getting? Are you using TurboTax Desktop or TurboTax Online?
