I filed my 2023 return with TurboTax and paid, but CRA has no record. Can I re-file without being charged again? Please confirm my payment and how to proceed.

If you don't have a NETFILE confirmation code, you still need to submit your tax return using NETFILE. NETFILE is a free service from the CRA. Any payment you made was to use TurboTax, and as long as you don't upgrade or add TurboTax services to your return, then you won't need to pay again.
