I have a chromebook and I bought the Standard Turbotax but it won't let me download. I think I needed the online, can I switch it?

I see that you just purchased it. Unfortunately, we can't switch as they are different versions. You will need to purchase TurboTax Online. Once your payment goes through for your download version- then we will then refund it.
