As per our TurboTax article: Help Your Child Go to College or University With an RESP Come tax time, these amounts are taxable to the student – not the parent – and reported on a T4A – Statement of Pension, Retirement, Annuity and Other Income slip.
Please verify with your MyAccount to see if the T4A has been received by the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) or if perhaps your parents would have received your T4A. Once you have this information slip, you will enter it accordingly in your return.
