I have seen a few posts but no clear directions. When I click on the link from CIBC to log onto Turbotax, I can't claim the 20% discount with existing username. How do I?
T-Tax email 4/26/2023 noted a 20% discount if filed prior to May 1. No discount was deducted at checkout. Why was the discount NOT applied?
I'm at checkout and the "address on my tax return" is wrong i moved twice since then, it doesnt show the address I enter in my personnal information
