Yes. eTaxBC is only for provincial taxes and fees such as PST or property taxes. You still need to submit an income tax return to both the Federal & BC governments.

but would i get taxed on that as well...like i report my business income on both? sorry for confusion

Is your business incorporated? If it is, then you don't need to enter your income or expenses on your personal tax return. You only need to report any money you personally got from the corporation.

Then you will need to enter your self-employment on a T2125 and submit it as part of your personal income tax return. As per this government of BC page - Reporting and paying personal income tax: “You report B.C. income tax to the Canada Revenue Agency (CRA) as part of your federal income tax return.”
