If my husband added me to his work insurance, should I choose Box 14 or 16 in the Premium Payable under the Quebec Prescription Drug Insurance Plan page?
Box 14 is for the member of the insurance. In your situation, your husband. Box 16 is for the spouse of the member (yourself).
