    in past years my last years return info would be uploaded in order to start this years return. Not the case this year. Is there a system problem ?

    If you are using TurboTax Online, please make sure that you are logged into the same account that you used last year, or you will not be given the option to pick a 2023 return to import when you start a 2024 return.
