    Is it possible to use an online 2024 return to start the 2025 return in the desktop software?

    Is it possible to use an online 2024 return to start the 2025 return in the desktop software?

    No, because TurboTax Online only creates PDF files, and not the .ttxx return files that TurboTax Desktop uses. Also TurboTax 2025 won't be available until mid December.
