clicked Yes I completed CPT30 to stop CPP contributions. software won't accept day,mo, yr format as requested.

Using turbo tax online. I made the election to stop contributing to CPP 2022-04-14. But instructions say the date should be between 2023-12-01 to 2025-12-31

Should I click 'NO' on the previous screen?

The Election on CPT30 stays in effect until you turn 70 years of age or until you revoke the election, so it’s not needed on your return unless you want to revoke your prior election.
